Your own porch attached to a small garden is very cosy and surrounded with trees, coconut palm trees and flowers. These apartments have road frontage. They are fully furnished which include microwave, coffee machine, boiling cattle, towels, bed linens and ceiling fans. These apartments are fully furnished as well. Microwave, coffee machine, boiling cattle, towels, bed linen, ceiling fans. You got your own porch situated in the community patio garden. These apartments are very well situated on the breeze coming from the hill on Bonaire, so you will be comfortable.

Long term rent:

USD 550,- monthly excluding utilities (gas, water, electricity, garbage collection, final cleaning), 

 Apartments are suited  for 1 person or max. a couple (1 double bed).

 Security money: USD 550,- needs to be payed within a couple of days after the reservation.
Minimum renting period: 3 months.

Bed linens and towels are handed out at arrival date and no additional laundry service is being offered (community washing machine on property).

No cleaning service except for the check-out cleaning which will be charged to guest.
